Using iluvu
iluvu helps you record, organise, schedule and privately share personal video, audio and text messages. You may use it only for lawful purposes and must have the right to record, upload and share the content you choose.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You give Moocher Ltd the limited permission needed to process and deliver an item when you choose to use the iluvu delivery service. You are responsible for the people you connect with and the content you send.
Acceptable use
Do not use iluvu to threaten, harass, impersonate or exploit anyone; distribute unlawful or abusive material; infringe another person's rights; probe security; automate excessive requests; evade service limits; or interfere with the service. We may throttle, suspend or remove access needed to protect users and infrastructure. The detailed online service limits form part of these terms and are set out in our Fair Use Policy.
Purchases
The £4.99 one-time unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase for local capsule creation on the platform where it was purchased. It does not include unlimited online uploads, cloud storage or long-term cloud backup. Billing, refunds and restoration are subject to the relevant app store rules. Apple and Google purchases do not transfer between platforms. Cloud backup and prepaid future delivery are separate services where offered.
Keep your own copies
iluvu is designed for meaningful memories, but it is not a guaranteed archival service. Devices fail and online services can be interrupted. Keep independent copies of irreplaceable material and check scheduled reminders while you are able to do so.
Availability and liability
We work to keep iluvu available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted delivery or permanent compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our responsibility is limited to losses that are a foreseeable result of our failure to use reasonable care.
Changes and law
We may update the app, service or these terms. Material changes will be published here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.
